The Houston Zoo is experiencing high waters after Hurricane Beryl moved through the area, dumping tons of rain inside some of their animal exhibits.

KPRC 2 reached out to the Houston Zoo to ask where the animals were and whether any of them were impacted by the rain.Staffers added that the Zoo will also remain closed for Tuesday, July 9. “The Houston Zoo will remain closed tomorrow, Tuesday, July 9 as we continue to clean up storm debris.
