UPDATE | At least eight killed in massive gas tanker explosion in Boksburg
A truck carrying gas exploded on Railway Street in Boksburg on Saturday morning. Emergency personnel say the truck could not fit under a bridge but forced its way, causing the gas tanker to explode.Emer-G-Med paramedics said:"Emer-G-Med paramedics together with multiple emergency service agencies are currently in attendance in Railway Street in Boksburg, east of Johannesburg. A fuel tanker has exploded.
