Memories of the patriots lost during the 9/11 terror attacks are remembered in Enterprise on Wednesday.
ENTERPRISE, Ala. - 23 years ago, four planes crashed as part of a coordinated terror attack on American soil.For eleven minutes, people across the globe tried to wrap their minds around how such an accident could have occurred.It was then, in that moment, the world realized the United States of America was under attack.
Another hijacked plane crashed into the Pentagon. Then another hijacked plane, retaken by its passengers, crashed into a field in Pennsylvania.On Wednesday, first responders, uniformed personnel, flight passengers, and other victims will be remembered in solemnity as Americans endure the twenty-third anniversary of September 11, 2001.
