Warlord Yevgeny Prigozhin was on the passenger list for a private jet that crashed between Moscow and St Petersburg, Russian state media is reporting.

He's said "there is not much that happens in Russian that Putin is not behind", adding to speculation that the Kremlin may have had a hand in the downing of the private jet flight Yevgeny Prigozhin was scheduled to board. The Wagner leader was on the passenger list for the flight from Moscow to St Petersburg. Earlier, the US State Department said "no one should be surprised" if it's confirmed that Prigozhin was on board.
