The CHP has closed both directions of Highway 17 in the Santa Cruz Mountains due to snow conditions, as well as a jackknifed big rig, and reports of downed trees.
ABC7's Lena Howland said on Wednesday morning gusty winds knocked a massive tree over crunching a car in San Francisco taking down a fence and several power lines.The East Bay Hills and the hills of Marin County are now included in the Winter Storm Watch Thursday into Friday morning.
