Worth knowing!
A woman says she has been left "stunned" after finding a "little-known" button on her washing machine to help clear away gunk and keep the drawer clean.
She admitted that she didn't realise that the draw itself could actually be removed completely from the appliance, in order for you to clean it separately. She claims she only found out when she stumbled across a button that when pushed down released the draw, reports The Mirror. After being shocked at home grimey and gunky the draw was she started scrubbing with warm water, washing up liquid and a toothbrush to clean it up.
Mandy replied: "They say you learn something everyday..... Well today I learned this thank you x." JJ asked: "Really this top section comes out???!" While Sofie asked Faith: "How do you clean the inside part though? And get rid of all that black grime? The drawer is, easy enough to clean as it pulls out but wat about the inside of where the drawer came from?" To which she replied: " I use a toothbrush (an old one that I use for cleaning not my partners."
