The tiny animals were taken into the care of the Scottish SPCA after they were discovered living in unsuitable conditions.
A litter of Scotland's "rarest kittens" with fever coat phenomenon are looking for their forever homes.
They are currently being cared for by the animal welfare charity, which is seeking forever homes for the tiny felines. Fever coat occurs when a pregnant cat develops a fever due to infection, illness or stress, which affects the temperature-sensitive black pigment production in the developing kittens. The kittens are then born much lighter in colour at the tips of their fur - giving them a distinctive frosted look.
