Officers with the Lititz Borough Police Department are investigating after a woman was charged with child endangerment.
While inside, officials discovered the apartment was not suitable for children. Alvarado-Blanco had three living with her at the time, ages ten, six, and four years old. They found old animal feces throughout the majority of the apartment and on the children's bedroom floor.
