The song contains explicit lyrics about a criminal case and courtroom shooting, as well as “derogatory and discriminatory terms, drug and gang references, and the killing of a doctor in a hospital who treated another gang member,” per the complaint.
“It was a simple exercise in what was believed to be innocent fun. He never intended any harm, let alone to himself or the judiciary,” court papers state.
