The injury tally continued on Thursday night as defensive lineman Alim McNeill was officially ruled out mid-way through the rivalry matchup with a head injury. A delayed concussion diagnosis remains a possibility for McNeill, but there is no confirmation on how long the star will be out for.Additionally, guard Kevin Zeitler exited the game and was taken to the blue tent during the Lions' win over the Green Bay Packers.
