LinkedIn has announced a list of Brazil 's best technology employers, with IBM 's IT infrastructure spin off Kyndryl ranked as the number one company to work for.

In addition, the list gauges demand for employees from the companies listed, as well as support within the organizational culture and connection density among employees. The criteria also includes gender and academic background diversity, as well as the presence of local employees. With a workforce mainly based in cities of Campinas, São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, Kyndryl has computer hardware technical support, storage, cybersecurity and networking as key skills among its employee base. The functions with most staff are information technology, engineering and project management.

Other companies listed in the ranking are: software firm Salesforce, electronics manufacturer Hitachi, medical equipment firm Align Technology, mobile operator Claro and aerospace firm Embraer, the only Brazilian firm on the list.
