Senator Lindsey Graham, the Republican hawk, is voicing doubts about the deal reached between the U.S. and Iran to end their three-and-a-half-month war.
President Donald Trump and officials in Tehran announced Sunday they came to an understanding on an agreement to permanently end the conflict, which has reportedly killed thousands, disrupted the global economy and strained international relationships. Graham, who has called for escalations in the war from the start, expressed skepticism Sunday about the belligerents’ perceptions of the deal.
