The “Summer House” star, 37, explained that in New York, there’s a law regarding engagement rings where it’s considered a “contingency gift” that is “contingent upon their being a wedding and a marriage,” so when there isn’t, the ring legally “belongs to him.” “Yes, we resigned our lease a month before we broke up, so I mean listen, that’s something that should’ve been thought through, and it wasn’t, and that’s not a me problem,” she said.Hubbard explained that she was in “survival mode” after the split and was “not going to try and figure out where I’m gonna live.”called off their engagementPage Six is live from the Oscars!
