Sisulu, who serves as the minister of tourism in Cabinet, also accused the electoral committee of violating the ANC’s rules by not including the top three nominees for the presidential race.
“It would appear the rules were bent or blatantly, if not, deliberately ignored to treat our candidacy at a disadvantage,” her letter read.ANC electoral rules ‘violated’ “We are pleading and imploring the electoral committee to consistently and faithfully enforce the rules to ensure that we have a credible, transparent and lawful conference as we all envisage.
“We have collected affidavits and records from branches that nominated us and we stand ready to assist you in this regard.”
