City of Lincoln Council is beginning to make progress on its Western Growth Corridor scheme which looks to deliver 3,200 high-quality, energy-efficient homes.
This includes constructing a new vehicle bridge and replacing an existing pedestrian walkover at the Oak Farm rail crossing. He added:"The growth opportunity that this represents for this city is huge in terms of homes and jobs. It will also include a new primary school, a local retail centre and a regional sport and leisure complex, which will feature a new stadium, health and leisure facilities and even a hotel.
