A search warrant and arrest warrants were executed at the home of Chadwick Crabtree, who is a warden at Limestone Correctional Facility, and his wife, Melissa Crabtree.
Chadwick Crabtree , who is a warden at Limestone Correctional Facility , and his wife, Melissa Crabtree were arrested on multiple drug charges.
Both were arrested and transported to the Limestone County Jail. They were both charged with unlawful possession of marijuana - 2nd degree, unlawful possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Chadwick Crabtree has been placed on mandatory leave without pay pending “further personnel action.” A search warrant was also executed for his office at the Limestone Correctional Facility.
“This shows that no one is above the law. If these charges are true, he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible,” State Representative Andy Whitt said.
