The 'Lilo & Stitch' live-action remake from Disney has officially broken numerous domestic and international box office records.
The original 'Lilo & Stitch' remains one of the most underrated films in the Disney canon. Even though it wasn't a massive financial success, the movie has a cult following and is one of Disney's best merchandise movers.

This surpasses 'Top Gun: Maverick,' which had $160.5 million.Additionally, 'Lilo & Stitch' has the highest Disney live-action opening of all time across Latin America with $27 million in Mexico and $12.2 million in Brazil.Overall, 'Lilo & Stitch' has had the third-highest worldwide box office opening for a Disney live-action remake with $342 million, finishing behind 'The Lion King' and 'Beauty and the Beast' .'Lilo & Stitch' has also had the fifth biggest Monday of all time at the domestic box office at $36.5 million.
