Lightning sparked a building fire as storms moved through South-Central Pennsylvania early Wednesday morning.Dozens of firefighters responded to an apartment building that was under construction on the 2800 block of Commerce Drive in Susquehanna Township at 5:25 a.m. When crews arrived, flames were visible . Crews remain on the scene, working to control the blaze.
