Tom Culshaw was remembered as 'a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend to so many'
A dad who died in an Accrington crash is being remembered as "the absolute life and soul of every party" as police confirmed two more arrests have been made following his death.
His heartbroken family today paid tribute, describing him as "a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend to so many". In a statement issued through Lancashire Constabulary, they said he was "the absolute life and soul of every part of his life", adding: "Words will never describe how much Tom will be missed.”Two people – a man aged 24 and from Blackburn and a man aged 42, from Accrington - were arrested at the scene on suspicion of death by dangerous driving.
The 25-year-old man remains in custody. The 41-year-old man has since been bailed until March 11, 2023.
