LIDL shoppers are furious after its popular £40 kayak "sold out in hours" and then appeared on eBay for triple the price..Credit: Lidlreport that the popular kayak sold out instantly and now they're being spotted on eBay and Facebook Marketplace for more than double the price.Another said: "Majority of stores sold out within the first hour a manager told us yesterday. Now you can find them on eBay for between £80 to £120.
"Takes the p**s coz they ain’t even gonna use them, just trying to make money. Nothing really wrong with it but there is when they're all f***ing sold out."on eBay's Buy It Now section, plus £15.85 delivery. That's more than four times the original price once you factor in delivery, although of course it doesn't mean someone will actually shell out for it., plus £9.99 delivery after racking up 17 bids., plus £9.95 postage, with 23 people bidding for it.We've asked Lidl to confirm if all of the kayaks have completely sold out in stores and we'll update this story as soon as we get a response.
