As preliminary toxicology findings reportedly reveal the presence of “pink cocaine” in Liam Payne’s system before his death, others are speaking out for the first time including his sister and his friend Justin Bieber. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY.

Following Liam Payne’s death in Argentina on Oct. 16, a partial autopsy reportedly provides more details about the singer’s passing. Preliminary toxicology results, unconfirmed by NBC News, found Payne had multiple substances in his system when he fell to his death from a third-floor balcony at a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, sources told ABC News and TMZ.

A preliminary toxicology reportedly found that Payne had several substances in his system at the time of his passing, including pink cocaine, cocaine, crack and benzodiazepine, according to ABC News. While searching the British musician’s hotel room, local officials also found a makeshift aluminum pipe, presumably meant to ingest drugs, ABC News reported.
