Following Liam Payne’s death in Argentina on Oct. 16, a partial autopsy reportedly provides more details about the singer’s passing. Preliminary toxicology results, unconfirmed by NBC News, found Payne had multiple substances in his system when he fell to his death from a third-floor balcony at a hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina, sources told ABC News and TMZ.

While searching the British musician’s hotel room, local officials also found a makeshift aluminum pipe, presumably meant to ingest drugs, ABC News reported.
