Malacañang says LGUs will face sanctions if they fail to complete cash aid distribution by April 30

MAYNILA — Nagpaalala ang Malacañang nitong Martes sa lahat ng local government units na dapat matapos nila hanggang sa April 30, Huwebes, ang pamamahagi ng ayuda sa ilalim ng social amelioration program .

Sa ilalim ng SAP ng Department of Social Welfare and Development , nasa P5,000 hanggang P8,000 ang maaaring matanggap ng kwalipikadong pamilya. "Magkakaroon na po ng show cause order kung bakit hindi sila dapat panagutin administratively and criminally. They may be liable for dereliction of duty," sabi ni Roque.
