Preston City Council local elections 2024 rolling results updatesis holding a fundraising event this weekend, aiming to raise money to improve facilities and make the park more accessible.
The group have set up a Crowd Funding page, looking to raise over £35,000 – they have already achieved 70 per cent of their target.Their fundraiser, on 18 May, will see scooter and skate coaching, pro-rider meet and greets as well as a demonstration fromIf the skatepark achieves its goal, it plans to build a cafe within the premises and create a social hub where children and parents can ‘relax, recharge and connect with others.
