The SAWS has issued a yellow level 4 warning for disruptive rain resulting in Ntabankulu, Mbizana, Mbhashe, Mnquma and Great Kei Local Municipalities, as well as the OR Tambo District Municipality in the Eastern Cape, on Friday. ⛈ weather
