We seem to get mail throughout the year asking for money for various organizations that help veterans. It’s hard to know how effective they are. Thus, we think of local organizations where you can have a chance to talk to those who run it and, if you like, visit the facility.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to analyze what constituencies make up the 55% and 43% and understand what is important to them before assuming there is a solid green light for everything in a right-leaning agenda, especially concerning culture issues that did not do well nationally for Republican candidates.

In 2016, my ballot showed up three months late in February 2017. In 2018, I was mysteriously purged from Dallas County voter registration. In 2020, I paid $437 to fly home and cast my ballot in person, scared my mail-in wouldn’t count.
