— Just writing to give insight as to why I finally subscribed toonline. I am a huge Texas Rangers fan. I found myself several times over the years clicking on a tweet or link to an article by Evan Grant and being frustrated that I would be forced into paying to join just to read the article.

After more reflection though, I took a step back and realized that Grant obviously doesn’t just work for free and has a family to provide for, andI’m looking forward to giving it a chance and finally supporting the great work of Grant and hopefully finding other interesting contributors as well.— Re: “An aisle-land paradise — New southern Dallas grocery store fills urgent need in food desert,” Feb. 15 Metro & Business story.
