Readers praise Justice Ken Molberg; explain why facts matter; believe RFK Jr. is anti-science; aren’t happy with Kay Granger’s absences; and unveil the real California.For 16 years — 10 as judge for the 95th District Court, and six as a justice on the 5th District Court of Appeals — Justice Ken Molberg has dispensed justice, promoted fairness and upheld the rule of law for all of us.I’ve had a front-row seat to his efforts the last six of these years.
At some point, the American public needs to decide that they want facts rather than confirmation that what they hear from entertainment sources is true. I pray that time arrives soon.I agree with Allison’s assessment that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. represents anti-science. He is part of the conspiracy theory and fake news groups that have been a burden to our country. In Kennedy’s book, he questions the link between HIV and AIDS, among other crazy assertions.
Her longtime tenure is not only an example of why we need term limits but also why gerrymandering is undermining democracy. Enjoying a safe district, Granger never faced a serious electoral challenge, and her staff didn’t see a need to respond to a letter from one of her constituents.
