Letter: 'I believe the Roe v. Wade opinion is an example of Supreme Court tyranny.'
The court seems surprised that anyone would question a Supreme Court opinion even though all human opinions are based on experience and knowledge which naturally influence the interpretation of law. A large number of people in the U.
S. believe this decision is tyranny since it invalidates a previous guarantee of freedom to more than half the people of the United States. This court is unfairly male and Republican. The Supreme Court should be balanced by party and gender no matter who is president of the U.S. at the time of a vacancy. One elected member of our government, Mitch McConnell, made it his personal goal to stack the court in favor of his own political party, and over time he succeeded. The possibility that one man can stack this court demonstrates an unforeseen constitutional error. If the Supreme Court and its decisions don’t want to be seen as political, then make this possibility legally impossible by amending the Constitution. This was not an error intended by the Founders of the Constitution, but rather a malicious plot to circumvent the intentions of the Founders.
