Let professionals run GLCs, govt agencies, says Syed Saddiq FMTNews
Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman said politicians should not be appointed to head government-linked companies and agencies.
He said professionals, such as senior or former civil servants and industry experts, helped him revamp the agencies. Fernandes, the AirAsia boss, was appointed as the head of MSC in 2018 when the statutory body was making a loss of RM11 million.
