The fire truck had parked in the HOV lane to guard the area in front of the fire truck, allowing the fire department personnel and other first responders to aid in recovery of the motorcycle incident. The Tesla had incurred a substantive amount of damage including a crushed front bumper, buckled hood, broken headlights, shatter windshield, and other related collision damages.
