Typhoon Leon is about to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility as all typhoon signals have been lifted, according to the late evening Tropical Cyclone Bulletin issued by PAGASA .The center of the eye of Typhoon Leon was estimated at 445 kilometers north northwest of Itbayat, Batanes packing maximum sustained winds of 120 kilometers per hour near the center and gustiness of up to 165 km/h. Leon is moving northwestward at the speed of 25 kph. PAGASA has lifted all Tropical Cyclone Wind Signals.

Strong to gale-force winds are prevailing or expected to affect the following areas:The northern seaboard of northern luzon will have rains with gusty winds with rough to high coastal waters.The northern seaboard of northern luzon and the Northern Coast Of Ilocos Norte will have rains with gusty winds with rough to very rough sea condition.
