DJ Lenny Pearce, famous for techno remixes of children's songs, launches a 42-show North American tour starting in September. The 'toddler techno' event will hit major venues including Hammerstein Ballroom and The Wiltern, offering family-friendly dancing and singing. Tickets go on sale June 19.
Get your kids and your glowsticks: Toddler techno DJ Lenny Pearce has announced a major 42-date North American tour, set to begin this September in Baltimore and continue through late November across the United States and Canada.
The extensive itinerary includes performances at prestigious venues such as New York's Hammerstein Ballroom, The Wiltern in Los Angeles, and the Aon Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier in Chicago. The tour follows Pearce's recent debut at Colorado's Red Rocks Amphitheatre on June 14. The Australian artist, known for his techno remixes of classic children's songs, has already completed tours in Australia, Asia, the Middle East, and the UK, along with a smaller North American run.
In April, he also released new music. Pearce expressed excitement about the tour, stating, "This tour is the biggest thing we've ever done. Seeing families come together at these shows - dancing, singing, laughing, and genuinely having the best time together - is honestly the coolest thing in the world. Parents get to relive the fun energy of going out clubbing, but now with their kids beside them.
It's chaos in the best possible way.
" General tickets go on sale June 19, with presales including a Disney+ Perks Presale starting June 15, an artist presale on June 17, and various local presales on June 18. For fans in Winnipeg, the tour kicks off on June 16 at the Burton Cummings Theatre, with stops in Vancouver on June 20 at the Vogue Theatre.
The fall leg includes Hershey, PA on September 27 at the Hershey Theatre, Port Chester, NY on October 1 at The Capitol Theatre, Boston, MA on October 4 at MGM Music Hall at Fenway, Toronto, Ontario on October 8 at Meridian Hall, Cincinnati, OH on October 12 at The Andrew J Brady Music Center, Chicago, IL on October 17 at the Aon Grand Ballroom at Navy Pier, Portland, OR on October 23 at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall, Oakland, CA on October 27 at the Fox Theater, Las Vegas, NV on October 31 at Brooklyn Bowl, San Antonio, TX on November 5 at the Aztec Theatre, Houston, TX on November 8 at the Bayou Music Center, Tampa, FL on November 12 at the Mahaffey Theater, Norfolk, VA on November 17 at The NorVa, and two shows on November 21 in Silver Spring, MD at The Fillmore Silver Spring.
The tour represents a significant expansion of Pearce's family-friendly electronic music events, which have resonated with parents and children alike. He noted that many parents share how his remixes make car rides to school or daycare enjoyable rather than a burden, highlighting the unique appeal of his music that bridges generational gaps.
The combination of high-energy beats and familiar melodies creates an environment where both adults and kids can let loose and enjoy shared experiences, often resulting in a vibrant, joyful atmosphere that Pearce describes as organized chaos. With ticket sales approaching, anticipation is building for what promises to be a memorable concert series that redefines family outings through the power of music and collective celebration
