The Real Housewives of Miami’s Lenny Hochstein proposed to on-and-off girlfriend Katharina Mazepa once again, just months after ending their first engagement

“Sometimes life gives you a second chance and you realize what truly matters,” Hochstein, 58, captioned a photo shared via Instagram Wednesday, December 11, of him getting down on one knee.
