He also noted that if there is indeed such a defective ballot in New Zealand, it would have likely affected many voters. The clustered precinct number and the precinct in cluster number of the ballot were not shown in the said picture. It also advised voters, who will get ballots with erasure or non-appearance of any of the entries, to send it back to the Philippine Embassy so it could undergo verification.
