Tuduhan pertama, Muhamad Al Hafiz didakwa memiliki methamphetamine seberat 47.20 gram kira-kira pukul 8.30 malam, 8 November 2021 di tepi tangga Blok KP2 di Taman Kuchai Jaya di sini.
Muhammad Al Hafiz Abu Bakar, 27, turut diperintah menjalani hukuman penjara 12 bulan dari tarikh tangkapan atas kesalahan menggunakan dadah methamphetamine.
Mahkamah turut mengarahkan Muhammad Al Hafiz menjalani pengawasan di bawah Agensi Antidadah Kebangsaan selama dua tahun. Tuduhan kedua, lelaki itu didakwa memasukkan dadah ke dalam badan tanpa kebenaran pukul 10 malam, hari yang sama di tandas Pejabat Bahagian Siasatan Jenayah Narkotik Daerah Brickfields di sini.
