Lego Star Wars: Rebuild The Galaxy follows Sig a young nerf-herder who has been hiding his force sensitivity. When he and his brother Dev discover an ancient relic in a long-forgotten Jedi Temple, they accidentally rewrite the galaxy, changing heroes into villains, villains into heroes, and turning brother against brother.
Bobby Moynihan Reveals The Origins Of The Real Jedi Bob Lego Piece I think this is the perfect way to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Star Wars and Lego together. And it's a fantastic story, great multiverse story, but just a fantastic story at its core. Tell us a little bit about Jedi Bob and his origin. Also if you know the origin of the Lego figure of Jedi Bob.
Bobby Moynihan: It's this one. Yes. It's a little embarrassing, I guess. Not embarrassing. Not at all. I got cast when they cast me I had it, and this was in the room, and I felt very lucky, so I brought it to the first one to show them. I was like, yeah, this was the one I had. And then every time I record it, I brought it with me. I brought it with me to this interview. I'm going to the premiere. Maybe I'll bring it with me, ask me. I might have it in my pocket.
Bobby Moynihan Marvels At His Fabulous Star Wars Luck "I'm in a Star Wars with Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, and Ahmed Best." One thing I love about this is that this is for everybody. It doesn't matter what you've seen about Star Wars if you haven't seen Star Wars at all. I think this works on every single level, but at the same time, it almost feels like I was picking up my Legos and kind of playing out this story.
There's so many iconic Star Wars actors that have reprised their roles for this, which is absolutely incredible. I got to point out, mark Hamill, can you talk to me about what it was like working with Mark Hamill in a Star Wars project and getting to share the screen with him and your character interacting with Luke Skywalker?
Bobby Moynihan: I mean, all of his work, all of his work, but my wife got to work with him. She was on Broadway for many, many years, and she got to work with him and just hearing and seeing how kind and absolutely wonderful he was to her and just what a great human, he still was in Hollywood towards the end of his career. Class, pure class and talent, that guy.
Bobby Moynihan: Whoa, I like that. That's really cool. I mean, that's very Luke. That's wonderful. I'm going to be thinking about that all day. I don't know, just more. I love anything in Star Wars, so being a part of it is wonderful. I would be extremely happy and lucky if they did more of these.
