Geneva County Engineer Justin Barfield was chosen out of 66 others by the Association of County Engineers of Alabama.
Chesteen says Barfield has done a lot for the county with fewer resources than most engineers throughout the state.Geneva County’s road budget is not very large, so we rely on outside grants and help from state legislators.
