The famous English band is releasing an eco-friendly vinyl to benefit a climate change charity
″ featuring live recordings of the songs “Nothing Is Forever” and “I Can Never Say Goodbye.” This will be the band’s first release since its 2008 album “4:13 Dream.”
While the two songs have been part of the band’s regular performance for some time, they have never been formally recorded and released. The live recordings are from two shows in France in November 2022, as the record’s title suggests. “And Nothing Is Forever” was recorded at Montpellier’s Sud de France Arena on November 8, 2022 and “I Can Never Say Goodbye” was recorded on November 13, 2022 at a show in Toulouse.
There will be 5,000 individually numbered copies of the “Novembre: Live in France 2022″ eco-friendly vinyl. The first 100 singles will be signed by singer and co-founder Robert Smith. The record will be available for preorder on Friday.. The project will be produced by the Naked Record Club, which uses a special pressing machine that takes up 80 to 90% less electricity than traditional presses.
