The discharge of fireworks is only allowed on certain days throughout the year, and only as long as the local municipality has not banned them, as the vast majority of cities and towns in northeast Ohio have done.
Fountain fireworks can reach heights of up to 20 feet and are now available at more retailers across the state since the law allowing these particular fireworks was updated.
