Football Insider has been told by Frank McAvennie that Leeds United need to bring in a lot of players in January to have any hope of promotion.
Leeds United tipped for winter signing spree after a disappointing start to the season., former West Ham striker Frank McAvennie urged Leeds to add quality signings that are going to get them back to the Premier League.
The Whites are currently ninth in the English second division with ten points from their first seven matches of the season. Leeds made several new additions to their squad this summer after losing a number of key players following their relegation from the Premier League. Daniel Farke’s side agreed permanent deals for Joel Piroe, Ethan Ampadu, Ilia Gruev, Glen Kamara, Karl Darlow, and Sam Byarm and secured loans for Jaidon Anthony, Joe Rodon and Djed Spence.
