Leeds United played out a 0-0 draw at Norwich City in the Championship play-offs
Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has explained his selection decision which caught many by surprise ahead of kick-off at Carrow Road. The Leeds boss selected Archie Gray ahead of Joel Piroe who was expected to take up his advanced midfield role behind Georginio Rutter at the head of the attack.
Asked what brought about the change, Farke said; "One reason, we conceded too many goals and we know we have creative players, but wanted to use Archie's ability to cover ground and use his strength and duels with his discipline against them. Whether the Leeds boss sticks with a similar formation at home as his side push for a victory, remains to be seen, but Leeds have options, boosted by the return late in the game of Daniel James, who enjoyed a brief five-minute cameo.
