Leeds United fans are raging at Max Wober after his performance in the 3-0 Carabao Cup defeat v Middlesbrough at Elland Road.
Wober has started both games alongside Joe Rodon, who was brought back to the club after a successful loan spell last season, but his performances have been disappointing. Wober was part of an exodus of star players from Elland Road after their relegation last summer, moving on loan to Borussia Monchengladbach.
After his display against Middlesbrough, Wober has done little to ease those frustrations, and fans flocked to social media to express their views, labelling him “horrendous”.Throws in a slide tackle every now and then to make him look tough but that’s about it. Horrendous footballer.
