Leeds United's Championship rivals Burnley could lose their two first-choice goalkeepers this summer after Arijanet Muric was signed by Ipswich Town on Wednesday afternoon.
The newly-promoted Premier League outfit have raided the EFL so far this summer, making Burnley stopper Muric their latest addition to Kieran McKenna's squad. Much like former teammate and England youth international James Trafford, Muric is an ex-Manchester City player and moves to Portman Road for a reported £8 million.
Trafford and previous third-choice Lawrence Vigoroux are the Clarets' only two remaining senior goalkeepers meaning a Trafford exit would necessitate former Leyton Orient man Vigoroux starting between the posts for the first time. Granted, the Lancashire club are likely to move for a new goalkeeper either way, and may even make two new additions in that position should concrete approaches for Trafford return.
