“Selain latihan, perkhidmatan kaunseling juga perlu disediakan. Dalam kesalahan kecil, mungkin ada peluang untuk membuka lembaran baharu,” katanya dalam kenyataan hari ini. Lee berkata walaupun hanya segelintir pegawai yang terlibat rasuah, ia boleh menjejaskan reputasi keseluruhan pasukan sekali gus menenggelamkan dedikasi 130,000 pegawai dan anggota yang jujur.
