LCS: Mindef rujuk AGC berhubung perjanjian penyelesaian antarabangsa

Beliau berkata surat itu bagi membolehkan pihak tersebut dilepaskan daripada segala tanggungjawab atau dipersalahkan sekiranya berlaku sebarang faktor pengurangan pada masa depan. Mohamad berkata keputusan menggugurkan penglibatan pihak ketiga dalam pembinaan LCS sudah diputuskan kerajaan terdahulu selaras dengan syor Jawatankuasa Kira-Kira Wang Negara .
