PS&S, which is headquartered in Warren in Somerset County, did not respond Wednesday to requests for comment. Advance Realty worked with PS&S prior to the developer’s breakup with Scotch Plains. But, officials said “at no point did Scotch Plains have an agreement with PS&S.” “In our analysis, we kept returning to Woodmont Properties because of its tremendous track record of success in our area,” Losardo said in. “We know the developer wants our project to be its crown jewel. We are excited about this major step forward in our redevelopment plan and look forward to a superb partnership.
