The American Muckrakers PAC accused Boebert of being a 'ticking time bomb' who she needs to be relieved of her firearms.
An activist group is demanding that Colorado Representative Lauren Boebert have her guns taken away pending an investigation they requested over allegations of illegal drug use.The American Muckrakers PAC, a watchdog organization focused on 'holding elected officials accountable,' submitted a letter to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and other Colorado officials urging them to investigate Boebert.
'Based upon this information, I am respectfully requesting an immediate investigation into these serious allegations, including Boebert's illegal ownership of a firearm while allegedly using illegal drugs, her excessive use of alcohol, her criminal recidivism, and her clear lack of respect for the law,' American Muckrakers co-founder David Wheeler wrote.
