Redfin chief economist Daryl Fairweather said she is a"nepo homebuyer" because her mother helped her secure a property in 2015 when she was 27. "Without my mother's money, saving up for a down payment would have taken me years. But instead I was able to purchase a home and secure my position as a homeowner."
Which?'s monthly consumer insight tracker gave the sector a"trust score" of 30, out of its scale of -100 to 100.
