The Lanterns cast continues to grow, with Deadline reporting that Fear the Walking Dead star Garret Dillahunt has joined the show.
According to Deadline’s report, Dillahunt will play the role of William Macon, a “modern cowboy” that is described as “a self-righteous, conspiracy-minded man who masks his ruthless ambition behind a charming and calculated facade.”
Dillahunt is best known for his roles in the hit dramas Deadwood and Fear the Walking Dead. He has also starred in a number of other high-profile projects, including No Country for Old Men, ER, The 4400, The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford, Winter’s Bone, Looper, and 12 Years a Slave.The Lanterns cast will star Aaron Pierre as John Stewart alongside Kyle Chandler, who has been cast in the series as Hal Jordan in the upcoming series.
