Dallas County Judge Bridgett Whitmore signed a temporary junction on Tuesday that requires owner HappinessClub USA Inc. and management firm Allied Property Management to make the property available to city inspectors to ensure compliance with the court order.The apartment complex must fix any trip hazards, leaky roofs, rotted or loose wood, loose electrical wiring, plumbing problems and pet infestations by Nov. 15.
